We would like to ask you to utilize the enclosed new form for possible returns. You help us therewith to handle your returns faster and also to improve our services.

Returning any item for credit, warranty replacement, or non-warranty service is quick and simple.

1. Call 1-800-848-4232 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. (If you are returning a recovery unit for repair - please have serial number ready)
   
   
2. Write the R.A. Number on the item to be returned address and all corresponding documentation. Return form (Download > here)
